Vintage items carry a history that is part of their character. By purchasing from us, you accept the following:

Risk transfers to the buyer once an order is handed to the carrier. Jade Vintage is not liable for loss, damage, or theft that occurs in transit.

We recommend shipping insurance for high-value purchases. Any carrier claims are the buyer's sole responsibility.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Jade Vintage is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Large or high-value orders may be subject to additional verification, including identity verification and/or a requirement to pay via wire transfer, bank transfer, or other non-credit card methods.

These measures protect against fraud associated with high-value luxury goods. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to process any order that does not comply with these requirements.

Jade Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole and absolute discretion, at any time, and without obligation to provide a reason. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us prior to shipment, any payment received will be refunded.
