Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
Effective October 2026All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is confirmed. Please review all descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing — we're happy to answer questions prior to your order.
If a cancellation is requested and approved prior to shipment, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total to cover processing and administrative costs. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed, are handled at our sole discretion, and are not available once an order has shipped.
Personal Sourcing & Pre-Order Bags — Final Sale
All personally sourced items and pre-order bags are strictly final sale. Due to the nature of personal sourcing — where items are acquired specifically on a customer's behalf — and the commitment involved in pre-orders, these purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
By placing a personal sourcing request or pre-order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all available details and agree to these terms in full. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before confirming.
Inherent Nature of Vintage Items
Vintage items carry a history that is part of their character. By purchasing from us, you accept the following:
Odor from Age & Storage. Due to their age and the way they have been stored over time, vintage items may carry a mild smell (such as a musty, cedar, or storage-related scent). This is normal for vintage goods and is not considered a defect. Many odors air out with light cleaning or time, though we make no guarantee in this regard.
Undisclosed Flaws. Despite thorough inspection, our descriptions may not capture every detail or imperfection of an item.
No Warranty of Perfection. All items are sold as described. No representation of flawlessness is made or implied.
Shipping & Signature Requirement
Risk transfers to the buyer once an order is handed to the carrier. Jade Vintage is not liable for loss, damage, or theft that occurs in transit.
We recommend shipping insurance for high-value purchases. Any carrier claims are the buyer's sole responsibility.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Jade Vintage is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
High-Value Order Verification & Payment
Large or high-value orders may be subject to additional verification, including identity verification and/or a requirement to pay via wire transfer, bank transfer, or other non-credit card methods.
These measures protect against fraud associated with high-value luxury goods. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to process any order that does not comply with these requirements.
Right to Cancel & Refuse Service
Jade Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole and absolute discretion, at any time, and without obligation to provide a reason. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us prior to shipment, any payment received will be refunded.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Jade Vintage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. They form a binding agreement at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates taking effect for all orders placed after the revision date.
