Do you accept returns?

All sales are final sale. Returns, exchanges and refunds are currently not accepted. Each item has a unique product description, please read item descriptions before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding a product, please fill out the form in Contact Us. 

What is the condition of the items?

Vintage items have natural signs of wear. Items are either in excellent condition or good pre-owned condition. All items are carefully inspected and restored. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Please read our shipping policy before purchase. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Canada is 2-4 business days. Shipping to the USA is 4-6 business days. 

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@jadevintage.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Domestic and USA Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

USA Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jade Vintage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
